Shipping and Handling
We strive to ship every order as promptly as possible. When delays or back order situations
come up, we notify you with a realistic estimated time of arrival. We would rather lose the sale than have a customer
feel they were mislead. Within Canada and the United States we use postal mail with many of our products.
On some items and upon request we use several well known courier services.

Returns
Returns are not subject to restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if
the product is undamaged. Returns are limited to 21 days. We feel this is an adequate time to assess a product.
Any damaged or otherwise faulty equipment is our responsibilty and we will bear all costs. manufacturer
warranty may apply in some cases.
